This cozy studio in seaside is recently renovated it includes most necessary amenities. There is a beautiful front yard below with a waterfall/ pond and fire pit area that is shared with front unit. The studio has a gas fireplace and lots of skylights for plenty of light. Nice ocean views PS: This is an upstairs unit with a staircase to enter the studio, if you have a problem climbing stairs this might not be the right fit for you. Laguna Seca (Mazda Raceway - 6.7 m), Toro Park (10.4 m), Monterey (4.2 m), The Wharf (4 m) Pacific Grove (6.1 m), Monterey Bay Aquarium & Cannery Row (5.4 m), Carmel (7.2 m), Carmel Valley (13.5 m), Big Sur (31.4 m) Monterey Airport (2.6 m) and close to local beaches & shopping.

Queen size bed, ceiling fan, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.
