This 100 year old duplex is located in OKC’s historic Lincoln Terrace neighborhood, directly across the street from the VA Hospital and 2 blocks from OU Med and Children’s Hospital. Downtown OKC is just over a mile away, where you can enjoy Bricktown, Automobile Alley and Deep Deuce! So many great restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Inside the Airbnb will be a guide with all of our favorite spots in each area. The property has a fully fenced side yard for those bringing their pets.

The Royal Comfort House: A large (1,487) 3 bedroom, 2 bath home in Del City, OK. There is a large backyard and pets are welcome. The Royal Comfort House is perfect for a staycation, or as a work-from-home alternative, and is a great place for families and pets. High speed internet is included. This unique blue Bungalow features art that highlights the area including Midtown, Paseo, the Plaza and all the great things 23rd St. has to offer. Built in 1924, this home has all the charm of an older home with all the modern amenities of a new one. The ground floor features a living room, dining room, a closet turned into a place to "get ready", bathroom, bedroom with a queen bed, kitchen, and laundry room. The upstairs houses a second bedroom with a queen and twin bed.

This property is a centrally located half duplex. Just a few minutes from downtown/bricktown, the Plaza, the capitol and OU Med. The space is great for groups! It was decorated with quality furniture, lots of extra blankets, smart televisions in each bedroom, and local art. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry areas supply the essentials.
