Cozy up during your next trip to southern New Hampshire! The Little Lake house, situated right next to a serene lake, boasted luxury and spectacular water views. It's a perfect place for a peaceful escape or chance to experience the wide variety of seasonal New England activities from swimming and leaf peeping to ice fishing. The Little Lake house is a short drive to Canobie Lake Park and Manchester Airport, and about an hour to Boston, the NH Seacoast, NH Lakes Region and the White mountains.

The first floor features formal dining, large kitchen, eat-in, half-bath plus Laundry, and a large open living room. The second floor features a spacious and bright master bed as well 2 other large bedrooms and 2nd bath.The finished basement is setup with a new 4K projector. Lots of things to do in the area as well. The serene Indian Pond is located just down the road and it is ideal for swimming & kayaking in the summer and snowshoeing in the winter. Hike Mt. Moosilauke and enjoy stunning views, or hike Mt. Cube or Smarts Mountain for smaller fun family adventures.

Up a charming dirt road past Brushwood & Fairlee Forests with hiking, biking and ATV trails nearby. Lake Fairlee is a scenic 10 min drive; 15 min to Lake Morey & I-91 and 30 min to Dartmouth College. Enjoy the glow of the rising sun and beautiful views above the fog, unwind in the hot tub surrounded by the magical woods and wildlife of Vermont.

The house sits on seven mostly wooded acres that abut a scenic beaver pond. The property is located on a quiet unpaved road in rural New Hampshire.
