Located 6 km from south entrance to Gros Morne National Park. 26 km from Deer Lake. Pond Side is on Old Bonne Bay Pond Rd,1200 ft from the Viking Trail, Route 430. Perfectly centred to explore both north & south sides of Gros Morne Park.

There is a fully equipped kitchen & washroom, washer & dryer, private decks, office desk, FIBRE opt internet,Bell TV, & PLAYGROUND. The loft has two twin beds,one queen bed, and Bell TV. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. Pack & Play, books, & toys for the litte guests. Loft not suitable for small children without supervision.

Grocery and liquor store close walking distance. 5 mins drive from Deer Lake Airport, a short scenic drive to Gros Morne National Park and 25 mins drive to Marble Mountain Ski Resort where you can Ski, Zip Line over a beautiful waterfall! There is a playground down the street. Deer Lake has a beautiful sandy beach and the Insectarium & Butterfly Garden are well worth visiting! Sorry no pets.

This Beautiful waterfront property is perfect for a nice relaxing stay. It is located only 40 minutes from Gros Morne National Park, and only 20 minutes from Marble Mountain ski resort. This property is located on the Humber River with a backyard perfect for campfires or sitting down by the water relaxing enjoying the sunrise or sunset. We are only a 7 minute drive from the airport with a grocery/convenience store within walking distance of the property.
