This majestic stone house ,built in 1903, and lovingly restored in 2021 to its original glory with a few modern twists. The home boasts over 12 large windows , filling the space with natural light and allowing views of the pine and spruce filled mountains .Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This home sleeps up to 7 and can also be rented with the guest suite below to allow a total of 11 guests. The guest suite below is self contained ( Epirus historic home guest suite )

Pineforest Villa pool and BBQ w/ a splash of glam

The villa sits in an elevated position on a hiltop of Ioannina city and has a fantastic view! The center is 2 minutes by car or you can take a walk downhill (25 minutes) and return by taxi (+-5 euro). There is a pine forrest a few steps from the house where you can take a walk or do a bit of jogging. The house has a private swimming pool ( May-September) and an outdoor BBQ where you can relax and enjoy your day! there is a large parking area outside the house! The house sleeps 7 people!

Όμορφη μονοκατοικία σε κτήμα με μεγάλο κήπο και οποροφόρα δέντρα, δίπλα στο ποτάμι. Διαθέτει ένα υπνοδωμάτιο, άνετο μπάνιο(και 2ο εξωτερικό) και σαλόνι-κουζίνα. Διαθέτει σύγχρονες οικιακές συσκευές (ψυγείο, κουζίνα, πλυντήριο ρούχων, ηλιακό θερμοσίφωνα). Για το χειμώνα, υπάρχει λειτουργικό τζάκι. Πολύ κοντά σε καφετέρια φούρνο ψησταριά μίνι μαρκετ .Ιδανικό για κυνηγούς, φίλους των σπορ στο ποτάμι, αλλά και για καλοκαιρινές διακοπές, καθώς η θάλασσα απέχει μόλις 20 χλμ. από την κατοικία.

The Grand View Villa is a newly refurbished, but classic, Greek home. The apartment is located in the centre of Kalampaka, one block away from both Town Hall Square and Dimoula Square, at a walking distance from all the local restaurants,bars and shops. The train, bus and taxi station are at a walking distance(5-10 mins). The apartment is perfect for famillies as well as groups of friends. You can enjoy the view of Meteora and Profitis Ilias from its balconies. The apartment features free WI-FI. There is free parking space in the surrounding streets.

Peacefull villa apartment with large spaces ideal for families and couples. Just 2.5 km away from monolithi beach and only 4km away fro the city centre!Also supermarkets and other useful spots are within 1km reach. Notes: 1.This is a place very close to the city but still in the country side, therefore you will enjoy your stay best if you have a car. 2.Internet connection is limited so it could be that previous guests have used all data provided by us.
