Our little piece of paradise nestled on the edge of the woods but still in heart of downtown Pawleys. 1 block from Franks bar and restaurant, a few blocks to downtown Pawleys, and 4 blocks to the beach and many golf courses. Morning Coffee lounging on the patio and watching the amazing wildlife = Bliss! We have local birds that hang in the yard and often have wild deer wander through. NO HOA.

Unique New Remodel Close to Beach and Golf

Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. World class golf, restaurants, and grocery stores are near.

Charming dog friendly cottage located minutes away from historic Georgetown only about an hour from Charleston. Whether you want to sit on the large porch and enjoy listening to the birds sing or watch them fly back and forth through the beautiful trees. Maybe have an adventure walking along the Harbor walk do a little shopping and enjoy the great selection of restaurants. If that wasn't enough there are several beautiful beaches to enjoy. Maggie Jo’s paradise on the river !

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Maggie jo is a 1970 completely restore houseboat. She has got a full size refrigerator , gas range ,microwave and toaster oven. Out on the back deck she has a gas grill. The aft berth has 2 full beds that are extremely comfortable. Galley dinette make into bed and the couch in the saloon pulls out also. While on the decks you will see eagles, dolphins , gator or fishing jumping out of the water. I also have 2 tandem kayaks for your use.

The cottage includes a full bath, kitchenette, micro-wave, fridge, 2 burner stove, garbage disposal, TV, AC/heat, wifi, and its own balcony that overlooks the beautiful pool. It's only a 2-minute walk to both Chive Blossom and Frank’s Restaurant, two of the area’s best culinary delights! We are very close to the Hammock Shops, which is the area's best place for shopping. Rent bicycles for a quick ride over to the beach!

427 Broad Street

This charming one bedroom apartment is centrally located on Broad Street, just a few blocks from all the shops and restaurants on Front Street. The bedroom has 1 queen bed and the living area has a futon for additional guests or children. A fully stocked kitchen is convenient if you choose to cook and we have a large private parking lot behind the building.This is a perfect spot to stay while enjoying this beautiful historic town.

The Loft at Indigo

The Loft at Indigo is a one bedroom apartment at the center of Historic Downtown Georgetown South Carolina. Downstairs from the apartment are many restaurants, shops and a Bakery. It is a newly renovated space in a building built in 1843 just off the boardwalk and by the historic clock tower. The apartment has a view of Front Street and the historic Strand Theater.

Peaceful Pawleys Plantation Getaway

Located in the beautiful and peaceful Pawleys Plantation Golf and Country Club community. This is a lovely renovated second floor unit directly across from the community pool. It’s a short drive to the pristine beaches of Pawleys Island as well as many wonderful restaurants and shops. Motor homes and motorcycles are not permitted.
