You certainly won’t forget your time in this intimate Garden Room sunken into the grounds of our garden with stunning views of our paddock/ old orchard and surrounding countryside of the beautiful village of Hernhill. We have great sunsets in this area which you can watch from the Garden room.

Beach Hut with Large Deck on Tankerton Slopes

NO OVERNIGHT STAYS - THIS IS FOR DAYTIME USE ONLY. Occupancy 9am to 9pm on check in day only. These times can be altered to your preference within the 12 hour frame as long as we are told 24/48 hours beforehand. You will have full access to the hut all days you rent it but you are permitted to leave for the night. PSA: We do not provide towels due to quick turn arounds during the busy summer. Nor do we provide a speaker.

HOPE COTTAGE - contemporary and comfortable

Hope Cottage was fully renovated to a high standard by the current owner. It has a fully open plan living dining kitchen area opening out on to a south facing garden and is within a 2 minute walk from Harbour Streets stylish shops and bars and close to the Beach. The house sleeps 5 comfortably, but the bed in front room does fold out to a double, but there is not much space left in room.
