Little Red Studio - 5mins walk to waterfront&cafes

This light filled studio is tucked away in a private area of our property and is the perfect restful escape for just yourself, couples, or small families. The studio has a Scandinavian summer house style featuring red weatherboard with white trimmings and a pergola. It is 5 minutes walk to the Sandgate waterfront, good cafes, and local bars. Little Red and our home have recently seen some changes. For Little Red, guests will now benefit from a private yard, and a new outdoor covered patio area.

This special place is close to everything, Comfortable 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment, with full kitchen, Lounge / dining area with garden views. Patio and tropical garden with sitting area. A 1 min walk to waters edge of Bramble Bay & 5-6min walk to Grocery, restaurants, cafes, bus & train. Maximum 2 guests, unfortunately no children. As we share the garden space, no hosting of guests / events / gatherings on the property. There is a lovely park with BBQ ‘S a 5 min walk on the esplanade.

“Robyn’s Nest” 100m walk to waterfront

Located in Brighton just a short walk to the waterfront, local pool, shops, & restaurants. You will have the entire house to yourself which contains everything you need, 2 comfortable queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioners and fans in all areas, 2 x TV, washing machine and large covered entertaining area. Easy access to buses & trains to take you to areas of Brisbane or Gold Coast. Unfortunately, the Villa is not suitable for under 10's. Very quiet, home away from home feel.

"Gasworks Creek Cottage" (A little bit different)

The Cottage sits right on the border of Brisbane's Northern Bay Side suburbs of Sandgate and Deagon and overlooks the Gasworks Creek reserve. Formerly an old carpenters workshop, the exposed timbers create a very cosy, comfortable place to stay. Only 5 minutes walk to Sandgate Village with Moreton bay beyond, and just 250m from Sandgate Station. Welcome to our brand new, self-contained, studio guest room with its own private entrance, solid timber floors and good insulation, it offers a peaceful and relaxing setting for guests. Situated across from Peace Park which has great walking tracks and only a short 15 minute walk to the beach. Close by is public transport with a bus stop 80 metres from the front door and an eight minute bus ride to Sandgate Railway Station. Once booked, Check-in instructions are on the app.

The Red Door Cottage

Separate fully self contained "Granny Flat" with its own entrance off an easement; set in a beautifully lush garden. There is generally plenty of street parking with a walk generally no more than 30 to 40 metres up the easement to the gate which opens on to the "Red Door" of the cottage. When parking please be aware of the bus stop at the end of the easement; Queensland laws stipulate a 10 metre clearway in front and 20m clearway at the rear of the bus stop.
