This fully equipped one bedroom condo is a direct oceanfront on the 14th floor overlooking great amenities: multiple swimming pools, a 300-foot long lazy river, waterslide, jacuzzies and a kid's water park. To top it off it is next to the Daytona Beach Bandshell, Ocean Walk Shoppes and movie theater with live concerts and fireworks in the summer months.

The Treehouse has a tree trunk elevator, private shower, air-conditioning, and real toilet inside so that you can bring your significant other(no compost toilet here). If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to stay and enjoy the best Daytona has to offer, look no further! We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.
