An "old Florida" feel is combined with a private, modern, full kitchen; comfortable furnishings; and large decks with views of mature live oak trees and lush gardens in the expansive grounds and neighboring park; all in an old, friendly, safe, and quiet neighborhood. Walk, bike, or drive an easy 16 blocks to downtown Sanford past historic, renovated residences. Enjoy sightseeing along Lake Monroe, eclectic shopping, and dining and relaxing at the many restaurants, pubs, and microbreweries.

Enjoy the comforts of a clean, newly renovated in-law suite (attached to our home), only 3 miles ‘til your toes are in the sand! We are only 1.5 miles from historic Canal Street & Riverside Park, and 2 miles to Flagler Ave. The city golf course is 1/2 mile away. No pets. No emotional support animals.
