We are at the center of a hub with equal access to Hillsboro, Sherwood, Newberg and Beaverton for all of the night life and restaurants while being within a few miles of 100+ wineries. The stairs to the loft lead to a room where there is a comfortable queen-size bed and television. The downstairs area has a fully-stocked kitchen, dining area and living area with lots of windows to enjoy the view. There is also patio with a table and chairs and propane grill where you can sit and enjoy the view of the pasture and water, with beautiful trees scattered about.

Comfortable, well lit upstairs apartment over our home. Currently we have 2 bedrooms available, plus a full bath with corner shower, sitting area, dining table, microwave, small fridge. Windows look out onto a quiet neighborhood, backyard and gardens. Located near the heart of Newberg's rich downtown district, close to parks, coffee shops, beer and wine tasting, farm to table restaurants, antique stores, movie theater, grocery store and Cultural Center.
