Charming self-contained garden chalet in Inner Sydney in a small leafy backyard overlooking Blackwattle Bay. Access is through the house. Cook St is a cul-de-sac off Glebe Pt Rd with cafes, pubs, bookshops, amenities, and Broadway Shopping Centre, etc. 10 min walk thru park to TramSheds. Ferry to Barangaroo at bottom of road. Buses, lightrail to fish markets, casino, Darling Harbour, markets, Central. Universities close. Friendly neighbours, parrots, possum, kookaburras. Happy dog, owner onsite.

The apartment has a separate entrance from the laneway at the rear of the house and its own outdoor area. It is an easy walk to trendy Balmain shops, cafes and bars and a 2 min walk to the foreshore of Sydney Harbour. Balmain is a peninsula only 3km from the central business district so access to the City, Darling Harbour and Barangaroo is quick and easy by ferry or bus.

Self contained studio close to Sydney harbour

Self-contained studio opening to lush back garden. It is at the back/underneath our double-fronted traditional Balmain cottage on a quiet street and has separate access. Free street parking is available. We are located 2 minutes walk from a ferry wharf, from where it is a 12 minute ferry ride to the city (Circular Quay). Buses are also a short walk away.

This unique place has a style all its own. With the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge looming large, and unobstructed views across to the Opera House, Ferry Terminal and Naval Base there's so much to take in from the balcony, you won't want to leave. Please note, parking isn't included, free street parking is available but can be difficult depending on timing.
