The villa has many amenities as heated pool, bbq grill, jacuzzi, movie theater, game room, Playground and a large fenced patio with fire pit, great for family picnics. It’s conveniently located 12 miles from Disney theme parks in Orlando, FL.(about 20 min drive) It’s in a quiet, safe and clean neighborhood. Space parking up to 4 cars. Luxury Villa! /Game Room/ Pool Heater

Luxury Villa on a gated community in Kissimmee (Four Corners). Modern. Situated 10 min. from Disney theme parks. Well decorated and presented. Game Room, Mini Gym, Beautiful, large pool deck which is totally enclosed and secluded. There is a private Pool and overflow Spa. Three Bedrooms and Bedroom one is separate from the main house but still enclosed in the building. This would be ideal for a young couple within the group as it has its own bathroom, small kitchen and also total privacy.

We Canadians built this luxurious Florida home. 6BR, sleeps 12, screened lanai, upgraded saltwater pool, wading pool, spa/hot tub (pool/spa heat $35/day.) Piano. Smart 4K TV's all rooms with Netflix, Disney, Prime, etc. Full kitchen seats 6+2 , dining room seats 10, second fridge in garage, hardwood & ceramic floors, 2 car garage with opener, 50amp plug for EV charging. Minutes to Disney/Universal, Margaritaville. Crib/playpen/highchair. Computer desk, chair. Blazing internet.

Sandy's Southern Dunes Villa

This villa is in the Southern Dunes Golf & Country Club, which is an immaculately kept, secure complex, which maintains a 24-hour manned gate, making this a safe place to stay. There are community swimming pools, tennis courts, a gym, library and children's playground for those days when meeting Mickey Mouse is just too much trouble. With a Super-Walmart a minute away plus Dicks and several well-known restaurants just further away, virtually everything is on hand.
