The Houseboat on Tybee Island

Located at the Tybee Island Marina on Lazaretto Creek, along the western boundary of Tybee Island, The Houseboat offers spectacular sunrise and sunset views nestled in a serene spot between the beach on Tybee or a day exploring Savannah. Due to its location on a floating dock in a tidal creek, with low tides making for a difficult/steep transition between the floating and stationary docks, The Houseboat is not ideal for guests with mobility issues.

The two story floor plan has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths. The lower level has a garage, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a covered porch. Upstairs you will find the main living area, gourmet kitchen, dining area, 2 decks, the master bedroom/bathroom, laundry room and half bath. There’s an open floor plan that flows from the kitchen to the dining room right out to the balcony overlooking Braddock Cove and the South Beach Marina.
