The Cabin on Panther Branch

Drive down Kentucky scenic highway 89 South just 9 miles south of McKee. The cabin is newly built and set back in a secluded area with a small creek running right beside the cabin and a larger creek just across the road. The Cabin on Panther Branch is a perfect place to come fish and kayak on the creek. Bring your ATV’s, side by side or dirt bikes and enjoy miles and miles of riding in S-Tree Tower in the Daniel Boone National Forest. We don’t think you will be disappointed with your stay.

Cozy Cabin in the Woods Near Berea

Relax in this tranquil mountain get away surrounded by nature. It is secluded in the woods yet close to many amenities. It’s 15 mins from the I75 exit in Berea KY and less than an hour south of Lexington KY. Places of interest like the Berea College Campus, Owsley Fork Lake, the Indian Fort “ Pinnacles” Hiking Trails and Anglin Falls are 10 minutes away. It’s a 30 minute drive to Renfro Valley and 75 minutes to the countless trails in Red River Gorge and Cumberland Falls State Resort Park.

Romance on the Rocks | Red River Gorge

Looking for seclusion? How about relaxing in a hot tub on a cliff?! Romance on the Rocks rests on and between HUGE BOULDERS providing an intimate and private setting. There are all kinds of places to relax here - the front porch, side porch, upper balcony outside the loft, the loft has a king size bed, a jacuzzi tub that can provide a spectacular view (see photo in listing) and, of course, the hot tub tucked under the rockface. There are few places like this cabin in the Red River Gorge area!

Very secluded cabin in the mountains. Quiet and surrounded by woods. Huge backyard to walk your dogs! Nature walks, hiking and rock climbing are all just a short drive down the road to the famous Red River Gorge. Natural Bridge State Resort Park is only a 14 mile scenic drive. 7 person hot tub and all amenities included in your stay. The two door "saddlebag" cabin is surrounded by the Daniel Boone National Forest and near McKee, a Kentucky Trailtown. Nestled in a small valley, our quaint cabin is the perfect mountain getaway. Built in 1894, by the Lakes family, it has a romantic, rustic and nostalgic feel. If you are a history buff, interested in Appalachian culture, or just want a charming, outdoorsy and secluded getaway, this cabin is for you.
