Eget hus anno 2024 Danderyd, 15min till STHLM city

Helt nytt och fullt utrustat hus på 28 kvm i Danderyd 15 min norr om Stockholms innerstad. Huset stod klart i januari 2024 och ligger på en lugn återvändsgata 100m från ett fantastiskt naturreservat med oändliga alternativ för promenad, vandring och bad. På 10-15 min med bil når man både havet med fina badplatser eller två av Skandinaviens största köpcentrum (Täby Centrum och Mall of Scandinavia. Huset har vattenburen golvvärme, en permanent arbetsplats, bra Wi-Fi och parkering med laddning.

Do you love golfing, boating, or exploring Stockholm's city life? Then this villa with an incredible view is the perfect location for you! The open floorplan & outdoor terrace facing south make it perfect for creating new memories with loved ones! Within 100m you find a playground, seaside walk, outdoor gym, tennis court, cliff bathing & bus stop. Within 10 min walk: an outdoor swim park, grocery shop, subway, a shopping mall. Only 12 min from Stockholm Central & Mall of Scandinavia by car.

Villa i grönområde, sjö & skog 10 min från city

Stor villa omgiven av skog, sjö, lekplatser 10 minuter från city. Vi älskar vårt hus som precis renoverats med sprillans ny fiskbensparkett, marmorgolv och nymålade väggar. Huset ligger på gång och cykelavstånd till bad,sportanlägningar,torg & centrum där du erbjuds restauranger som Phils Burger, Joe and the Juice, sushi, Monrads, Piazza mfl. Även inredning- kläd & matbutiker. Kommunalt tar du dig enkelt med hjälp av Roslagsbana,buss och tunnelbana. Det finns även parkeringsplats vid huset.

Unique seaside lot close to Sthlm

Do you want to try living on an island, one of Stockholm's most unique places about 30 minutes from Stockholm city? Tranholmen is an island in Lilla Värtan, between Lidingö and Stocksund. Tranholmen is a quiet island without car traffic or motor traffic. The island is served all year round by a ferry and several trips go to Ropsten both morning, noon and evening, the trip takes about 10 minutes. Our how is located on a lake plot so we have our own private large jetty that you can swim from.

Villa med trädgård nära city

Fantastic place with lots of space close to the city and archipelago! Large fenced garden with bbq and patios. Located next to a nature reserve. Within walking distance to running tracks, football pitches, swimming area and training facilities. Near cozy square by the water with shops, cafes and restaurants. Just ten minutes to Stockholm City by car or commuter train, one of the world's most beautiful capitals, with a wide range of cafés, restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

Idyllic beachfront near Stockholm city

Idyllic Tranholmen is a car-free island a few kilometers from central Stockholm. BBQ evenings at sunset on your own deck, walks on the island or morning swim from the deck are some of the favourite things with our accommodation. Quiet but close to the big city at the same time. Perfect for both families with children or couples wishing to combine the best of both worlds. It is easy to reach the island by ferry from Ropsten in Stockholm, it takes about 10 minutes.

Litet hus, mysig gata. 10min tunnelbana till city

Njut av en elegant upplevelse på detta centralt belägna boende. Fantastiskt bra läge i Djursholm med mycket bra kommunikationer vart du än ska i Stockholm. - Några hundra meter till T-bana Mörby C, Tåg till city var tionde minut! - 700 meter till Danderyds sjukhus som är en knutpunkt för många busslinjer. Boendet ligger i ett lugnt och fridfullt villakvarter. Bäddade sängar och handdukar finns för er. Välkomna!

House for big family with pool close to Stockholm!

Charming home in Djursholm with a pool (just north of Stockholm City) including five bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in a pittoresque area. Close to the city (15 min drive), sea, lakes and nature. Excellent communications. Perfect house for 1-3 families spending quality time together. Explore the city during the day, have a dip in the pool or the sea in the afternoon then barbequeu and enjoy the garden in the evening!
