Beautiful luxury 1904 villa, near Stockholm city

A spacious house of high standards, and beautiful architectural details. Two main floors consisting of entrance halls, living rooms, large kitchen, library, and multiple bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The house is ideal for one or two families. A large beautiful well-kept garden with fruit trees, berries, and herbs. Several sitting and lounging areas, and a big trampoline for the children. Two main floors of the house plus the attic and the basement where the laundry room is. We will be available on the phone and via the Airbnb App. The villa is situated in Stocksund, a beautiful, quiet neighborhood just minutes from Stockholm city center. It’s surrounded by water and nature; small swimming lakes, golf courses, jogging tracks and woods. The Mall of Scandinavia is nearby. The house is a 25 minutes drive from Stockholm Arlanda Airport. You can easily catch a train or the subway into the City, they are both located less than 10 minutes walk from our house. The subway will take you into the city center in 15 minutes. From the house you can walk to the sea for a swim or take a bike tour in the surroundings. There is an alarm system in the house for your protection that will have to be operated coming to and leaving the house.

Huset ligger på gång och cykelavstånd till bad,sportanlägningar,torg & centrum där du erbjuds restauranger som Phils Burger, Joe and the Juice, sushi, Monrads, Piazza mfl. Även inredning- kläd & matbutiker. Kommunalt tar du dig enkelt med hjälp av Roslagsbana,buss och tunnelbana. Det finns även parkeringsplats vid huset.

Comfortable house with pool by the sea.

The house is located about 400 m from the sea with a very nice pool and a large terrace toward the south. It is very comfortable place, modern, very quiet and a lot of space (ca 200 m2). Internet connection is of high quality (1Gb, Fiber). Grocery stores very close (Lidl - Ica) and open every day until late in the evening. Close to the city by metro or car. At the garage place there is a charge box for Electric cars (free of charge). We speak Swedish, English , French and Russian.

Idyllic beachfront near Stockholm city

Idyllic Tranholmen is a car-free island a few kilometers from central Stockholm. BBQ evenings at sunset on your own deck, walks on the island or morning swim from the deck are some of the favourite things with our accommodation. Quiet but close to the big city at the same time. Perfect for both families with children or couples wishing to combine the best of both worlds. It is easy to reach the island by ferry from Ropsten in Stockholm, it takes about 10 minutes.

You will enjoy a living area of 175m2 as well as a spacious garden with all facilities to grill and eat outdoor. It is a located in a green and residential area north of Stockholm close to a natural reserve and a lake. The environment is peaceful and you will still be within 15 minutes reach of City center by public transport or car.
