The Barn has been welcoming guests since 2012 and has recently been renovated to modernise and brighten the home. It was previously listed on AirBnB as Garden Lodge. Set on a very quiet lane in the gorgeous Suffolk village of Charsfield, The Barn is perfectly located for easy access to the wonderful Suffolk Coast. The Cartlodge ( a converted Suffolk Cartlodge)

The Cartlodge is a converted timber framed Suffolk Cartlodge situated within the quiet and picturesque countryside of rural Suffolk. Approached by a long private driveway and surrounded by open fields, access to the accommodation is via the external staircase. Donkeys Rosie and Mollie and the sheep roam peacefully in the adjoining meadows. The Cartlodge makes an ideal base for exploring the countryside with the market town of Woodbrige and and the popular Sutton Hoo site just 10 miles away.

Our grade II listed 1400c cottage boasting lots of original features and sits within an acre of secure manicured gardens with far reaching countryside views. Conveniently located only 10 miles from Ipswich, 24 miles from the coastal town of Aldeburgh and only 11 miles from the market town of Framlingham and Woodbridge. This really is "home from home" and offers a very comfortable and cosy stay.

The Stables

The Stables at Partridge Lodge is our boutique couples bolthole, known as our writers retreat, its tucked away with gorgeous views across farmers crops with lovely walks out onto footpaths. Its an open plan single level barn handsomely restored. Its beautiful modern kitchen and toastie warm when needed with a spacious shower room. It can also can come with an occassional bed or cot and high chair if being used by a young family, we have books and toys all available upon request.

Refurbed in 2022 to a high standard Jasmine Cottage is a hidden gem on a quiet lane in the heart of Woodbridge. With off street parking for two mid size cars and a south facing (sun trap) garden, Jasmine Cottage is a perfect base for a Suffolk getaway. The cottage happily sleeps four but is perfect as a luxurious retreat for two. Location is amazing - Just a few minutes walk from the Market Hill, the Thoroughfare and glorious River Deben. Dogs welcome (fully enclosed garden).

Oak Log Cabin - Farm Stay with Hot Tub

Experience living in a conservation site in our 3 bedroom Oak lodge. Perfect for all the family to enjoy with the added benefit of your very own hot tub and outdoor seating area. Watch dawn rising over the nearby woodland, sit by an open fire as dusk bird chorus begins or step out at night to see the canopy of stars overhead . Children can let loose on our adventure play area, or go bird spotting or hunting for bugs in our secluded and spacious grounds.

Cart Lodge

A recently completed annexe above our Cartlodge located in the very picturesque village of Bredfield with countryside views and many areas to walk. We are in easy access to the A12 and Suffolk Coast, 3 miles from the beautiful market town of Woodbridge, 16 miles from the historic coastal town of Aldeburgh and close to Snape with the famous Maltings Concert Hall. There are many great pubs and restaurants close by.
