Designer Studio• Close to Downtown•Natural Light

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. Stay in our brand-new Studio with European designer influences. Modern architecture, lots of natural light, very peaceful and centrally located. My place is 5min from Bishop Arts District, 12min from Lower Greenville and 10min from Deep Ellum, 8min from Downtown. The kitchen has an Air-Fryer and a portable induction cooktop for the countertop (single burner, please see pictures)

This unique place has a style all its own. Close to Bishop Arts and Downtown our guest house has all the privacy and convenience you need. Thru your private entrance you walk past the waterfall pond, under an arch of tree vines, into a cozy and updated home. Outside at the end of the wraparound porch you’ll find a private fire pit.
