Please keep in mind that this apartment has this very beautiful view, as it is located on one of the highest points of the city :)This sometimes makes it very hot during the day. We do provide AC, + since it is restored it has high end windows but still if you are sensitive to heat please consider your choice again :)

Second floor apartment, 50 sq m, fully equipped, with an amazing view to the sea over the old city murals. Located in the quite area of Mourayia, just 200 m from the Imabari beach. Very close to it there is the St Spyridon church, the Royal Palace, the Liston square, the Byzantine and Solomos Museum, and the Old and New Fortress. Under the house there are traditional restaurants and tavernas. Suitable for persons of all age groups with special interest in art and history.

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
