The Portland Peninsula, which includes the historic Old Port and the downtown arts district, is less than a 10-minute drive across the bridge. The perfect spot for a couple or a fun friend getaway! Several excellent dining spots, coffee shops, and markets are all within walking distance from the house. Bike rentals are 2 blocks away! The local beach is a 5-minute drive /10-minute bike ride.

This home is a short stroll to the Eastern Promenade and the East End Beach, the Casco Bay Islands Ferry Terminal, and the historic Old Port. Beach vibes in this cozy space make for a comfortable home base while you explore Portland's Munjoy Hill neighborhood. The apartment is situated in the East End, a short walk to the Eastern Promenade, local grocery, great restaurants and bakeries. Head to the East End Beach, or paddle to the islands in Casco Bay. Walk to the Old Port from this quiet neighborhood in 15 minutes or head over to Washington Ave, for amazing food, distilleries and breweries!

Walk (within 10 mins) to two lighthouses, Willard beach, Bug Light Park, Scratch Bakery, Willard Scoops ice cream and a variety of restaurants. The space is minimal, bright and airy with windows surrounding, an elevated bed with comfy queen mattress, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and cozy couch for lounging.
