Our Airbnb is part of our home. You are however, not required to share any spaces with us, as we we offer a very comfortable completely private 2 bedroom, bathroom, Lounge/dining room/kitchenette apartment with your own private entrance in a lovely garden setting surrounded by lakes & beautiful walking & cycling tracks. We accommodate couples, solo adventurers, & business travellers. We are close beaches, shops, public transport, the airport, eateries & Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary & Airport.

Have fun with the whole family at this modern Hampton inspired beach house, brand new build and furniture and just steps away to the white sandy beaches of Kingscliff, this 4 bedroom, 3 bath duplex, consists of 1 king bed, 2 queen sized beds and 2 single sized beds. It has an open plan living space with 5 seater lounge, 4 seat dining table and 4 seat breakfast bar. Perfect for small, large or multiple family getaways. We welcome you to your home away from home. Pets allowed subject to approval.

Note: Sleep-out (4th bedroom) is only included for groups of 7+ guests. Groups of 1–6 receive a lower rate and can access 3 bedrooms, with optional access to the sleep-out for an additional charge. This spacious 3 bedroom + sleep-out, 2 bathroom home sits on scenic Palm Beach canals with pool, private beach, jetty, fire-pit, and views of Burleigh Headland - all within walking distance to the beach. Main living & sleep-out have split-system A/C; 3 bedrooms have in-window A/C and ceiling fans.

IMPORTANT: Please note this is not a party house respect the 10pm noise curfew. Please contact me if you need to discuss this. You'll have the entire upstairs of this classic Queenslander. It is on the top of the hill and always gets the breeze but there's ducted air con if you need it. The house is light and airy with antique furniture. There are views from most windows. Four bedrooms, two toilets and two showers. The large deck is great for evening drinks and BBQs.
