Bel appartement, très fonctionnel, magnifique vue L'application ne fonctionnait pas (problème de réseau ?) en bas de l'immeuble à l'arrivée, donc nous avons attendu un certain temps à la porte, ne pouvant contacter le propriétaire pour entrer Un peu plus loin de la plage que ce que nous avions compris, mais très bien situé

Nous y avons passé 20 jours et tout a été parfait du début à la fin. Maria et son mari ont été très aidants, généreux de leurs conseils, des fruits de leur potager et même de gâteau :) Nous avons bien profité du beau terrain et du grand potager et des sublimes couchers de soleil. Tout y inspire le calme et la douceur de vivre. Que du bonheur :) L'emplacement est vraiment parfait: de trés belles plages et randonnées à peu de distance et le petit village de Arco de Calheta tout près est super joli, Nous avons eu le plaisir d'assister à une belle et sympathique fête de village! Merci pour tout :)

Die Kommunikation mit der Verwalterin Marisela hat immer sehr gut funktioniert. Sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Das Haus ist wunderschön, entsprechend den Bildern. Hochwertige Einrichtung. Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe durch Key Safe. Zu beachten gilt evtl. in der kalten Jahreszeit, dass das Haus über keine Heizung verfügt (auch nicht über die Klimaanlage). Für uns war es gerade noch ausreichend warm im Haus. Große Freude hat uns die untere Etage mit Tischtennis und Billardtisch beschert. Besonders die Jugendlichen haben hier gern ihre Abende verbracht. Wie schön!

Das Haus ist wirklich sensationell gelegen. Man hat einen tollen Blick auf den Ort, die Bucht und den Atlantik. Restaurants sind in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig. Einkaufen und parken (6€ pro Nacht) kann man super im nahen Supermarkt.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Madeira! Die Unterkunft war perfekt gelegen – ruhig, aber dennoch nah an Funchal, sodass man schnell im Geschehen war. Mit dem Auto konnten wir problemlos die gesamte Insel erkunden, was die Lage für uns ideal gemacht hat. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und alles war wie beschrieben. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

Fantastic apartment! Very spacious with all the amenities you need for a home away from home. Great location close to a shopping mall with a big supermarket. Lots of excellent restaurants within a 5 minute walk. Easy to get into Funchal on the regular local buses for only 2 Euros, a stop right outside the apartment. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and well maintained. Great sea views from the apartment and lovely to fall asleep to sound of the waves on the rocks. Very relaxing stay and would highly recommend this place and hope to stay again sometime in the future

Perfect little picturesque village, one of the best in Madeira! Very easy to travel around the island if you have a car The villa is really modern, with everything you need The host is really friendly and helpful We loved the welcoming gift and the fact that you could get drinking water in the villa, so no need to buy plastic bottles The bed is comfy too, with awesome huge comforter! The terrace is amazing for breakfast outside! The only tiny drawback is probably the pool It is heated, but still only comfortable to swim in sunny weather, late evening it’s too cold + the distance from our unit to the pool was quite long (up the stairs + all the way round the house)

Excellent location and a great area to walk Through the streets of Old Funchal. The apartment was very spacious, the view from the balcony was amazing. We used a parking garage that was less than a 5 minute walk. The view from my bed in the morning watching the sunrise above the mountains was beautiful! Excellent communication and was as it was described. I would definitely rent this Airbnb again.

Check in was easy and smooth, communication was very good from the host. We really did feel like we could lean on them if we wanted anything. Very nice and helpful. House was generally very clean and we had a great time there. Big dinner tables for family meals both inside and out and a nice little breakfast bar. Pool was well maintained and kept clean. Kitchen is pretty much stocked with everything you'd need. Only downside I would say is that the garage would've been too small for the original car we had hired, thankfully we ended up getting a hatchback rather than an SUV. The tight roads would've also been an issue for inexperienced drivers. Not a deal breaker though, the house was very nice and spacious otherwise.

Magnificent villa with a heated pool

We stayed at the house for almost a week and it felt like home. The view was so beautiful, house so spacious and clean and aesthetic, the kitchen also has everything you need to cook, outside area is also great for having BBQ and relax by the pool. Tatiana was always responsive to messages and gave us recommendations where to go for shopping and eating. We would come back again definitely. The location is also great because you are close to Funchal, or can explore any other spot on the island within 30 mins to 1 hour with car. Big thanks to our hosts!

Très bel appartement avec toutes les commodités dont un garage couvert. Une superbe vue sur la mer de toutes les pièces de l'appartement : petit déjeuner le matin avec vue sur la mer du bonheur ... Nous avons été bien accueillis et en début et en fin de séjour. L'immeuble se situe dans un quartier tranquille et, en même temps, il est très rapide d'accéder aux voies rapides : pour visiter toute l'île c'était top. Appartement à recommander.

Casa accogliente e dotata di tutte le cose necessarie per un soggiorno a Madeira. Molto pulita e con una vista mare stupenda. Carlos si è reso molto disponibile nei giorni del soggiorno.

We had the best stay at the apartment and it was better than we could have asked for! Very spacious and peaceful and has everything you could need. Mariana was lovely showing us around the complex and let us check in a little early as well as provided us with suggestions for restaurant and things to do in Madeira. She was always available if we had questions. The apartment itself was stunning and modern with a large balcony and view over the pool and ocean. Very clean and spacious throughout and faultless. We are already planning our next trip to Madeira and will definitely be staying here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa da Eva. The description was spot on and instructions to get there and check in really helpful. It’s in a beautiful location with great sunset views. Has everything you need to stay in and cook. We’d recommend that you hire a car if staying here. We tried a number of the recommendations in the booklet Eva provided and loved them. Apartment itself was clean, modern and bright. Perfect for the three of us!

This was a beautiful place to stay. Very secluded and private but also cosy and well-equipped. It was so clean and felt like we were the first and only guests ever to stay here! Some nice thoughtful touches to make us feel welcome and comfortable too such as blankets, wine and biscuits! Don't forget to bring your slippers though as the floor is cold though the blankets and heaters provided were much appreciated. The mountain views were incredible and well worth the steep, narrow drive up. Eva was there to meet us and had sent us very detailed instructions and a video to help us find it as it is quite remote. Eva was a very responsive host and easily contactable throughout our stay with recommendations for walks and restaurants in the local area. The only downside was the ants but I liked the fact that Eva used chemical free solutions to this. I would definitely recommend staying here if you love nature and peace and quiet. I could happily have sat and stared at the views all day!
