La maison compte 5 chambres à l'étage avec chacune un lit 160x200 et un lit 90x200-Deux sont équipées de salle de douche. La terrasse est équipée pour 15 personnes, il y a 2 planchas à gaz. La piscine chauffée (27°) est ouverte toute l'année, couverte d'octobre à mai (ces dates peuvent varier en fonction de la météo).

Le gite est au coeur du centre ville, de ses commerces et restaurants, du quartier historique. Il bénéficie d une place de stationnement privée dans une cour sécurisée. Une borne de recharge sur demande (tarif selon l utilisation) À l’étage, 3 chambres (2 lits de 160, 2 lits de 90) un WC sur le palier. Au rdc un salon, une cuisine équipée, une salle de douche et un 2ème wc. Vous bénéficierez d’une courette pour les siestes et les repas. L'arrivée autonome est possible avec un boitier sécurisé.

I am passionate about my region, gardening and restoring my property. Indeed, the house used to be a presbitery. I would be delighted to welcome my guests in the separate dovecote renovated as a cosy guestroom. You have at your disposal a kettle with coffee, tea and sweets, as well as a fridge and a microwave. You can also enjoy and relax in the garden (of a surface of over 5000m²). The accomodation is in the locality Saint Denis, just three kilometers away from the town. See you soon!

Near the Morvan, between Beaune and Autun, come and enjoy a break in southern Burgundy. In a quiet village with its private garden, the cottage is the former rectory of the church of Sully, we have preserved its period floor tiles and provided all modern comforts with a recent restoration. With 14 beds, a large garden, a Spa and a billiard table, the house will delight you by combining old and new. Ideally located in Autun itself, you will be at the doors of the Regional Natural Park of Morvan and the Burgundy Wine Route. CAUTION: Access to the hot tub and sauna is at extra charge. A later departure on Sundays is possible at extra charge. Rental from one night during the week excluding school holidays and from 2 nights on weekends.
