Entrance hall, one main bed-sitting room with table for eating/ working, own shower room and kitchen. Use of EV charging point by arrangement. There is no TV.

Easy access into Oxford via the regular bus service (2min walk) or via the Park & Ride. Explore the nearby beautiful villages of the Cotswolds, Blenheim Palace and Bicester Village..

A cosy studio apartment in a converted barn just outside Oxford. The studio overlooks the garden and dreaming spires of Oxford can be seen from the balcony outside. Easy access to great walks and beautiful countryside, yet only a short bus ride ( 15/20 minutes depending on time of day ) to Oxford city centre. They are hidden away in woodland in the grounds of the Kirtlington Park Polo Club, next to a Capability Brown-designed lake. Surrounded by stunning landscape and reflecting the trees and nature around them, the Mirror Houses offer a peaceful and idyllic retreat from city life.

Located in a quiet, rural hamlet, the Guest Suite forms part of our property and is self-contained ground floor accommodation with its own private entrance. With the benefit of off-street parking, it comprises a double/twin bedroom, a shower room and a combined lounge and small kitchenette. It is a convenient and comfortable base from which to explore Oxford and the surrounding area.

The Studio: rural riverside setting near Oxford

Formerly the manor house gymnasium, The Studio now provides comfortable accommodation for two people. It consists of an open plan sitting room/bedroom, separate kitchen and shower room. The accommodation is situated in the grounds of a riverside manor farm bordering the River Thames and is close to Oxford (on a direct bus route), Blenheim Palace and the Cotswolds.
