Constructed of Cotswold stone with central and underfloor heating. The studio style layout provides a double room and bed with en-suite bathroom. Downstairs is a fitted kitchen, open plan living room and breakfast bar.

60ft narrowboat, sleeps 6, central Oxford

Beautiful 60ft traditional narrow boat on the river, 240v is only available when the engine is running. We have wifi and external cctv. It is clean, warm, safe and has a chemical boat loo. The beds are all very comfortable and consist of one main double & bunk and one sofa bed, all in separate rooms. The boat is mainly on the river and we have a wide plank for access, making the boat unsuitable for wheelchairs, elderly or infirm. The boat has been on Inspector Lewis. The boat is NOT a hotel.

The cottage is just over an hour away from London yet surrounded by beautiful countryside and there are plenty of walks straight from the door across the picturesque Evenlode valley. Shakespeare’s Stratford is less than an hour away if you want to go a little further afield.

Our beautiful, very spacious Victorian town house is situated in a lovely quiet road favoured by academics and creatives. We have 4 large double bedrooms, spacious living spaces and parking for 2 small/medium cars. We include crisp white linens and towels which are high temperature washed and the house is deep cleaned. Vibrant East Oxford has some of the best restaurants and cafes. We are a short walk from Magdalen Bridge, the Botanical Gardens, punting and the historic city centre.

There is a private south facing garden, with lovely enclosed seating in the vinery and the garden is safe and secure for pets and children. At the front there is a private drive for several vehicles. Sunningwell has the renowned 'Flowing Well' pub, with excellent food & drink, a pretty church, village green and play area.

We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar and stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

Jeremy Clarkson's new pub (The Farmer's Dog) is a 6-minute drive away and the towns of Cheltenham, Banbury, and Swindon are all within a 40-minute drive.
