The Avish Cottage: 18th-century Irish farmhouse

A 10-minute drive from the centre of Derry, the Avish is a very spacious 18th-century farm cottage set in its own courtyard and grounds and lovingly restored. It's cosy, secluded and totally charming. Sleeps 4-6 very comfortably. Kitchen with programmable wood-pellet stove. Skullery, large living room, mezzanine with sofabed, double bedroom, twin bedroom with single beds, bathroom with walk-in shower and roll-top bath. Garden, private courtyard and parking. TV & Wifi. A one minute walk will take you through Ebrington Square and to the Peace Bridge , then five minutes that’s you at the heart of the historic walled city. We are set in a quiet country road with easy 10 minute access to City of Derry airport and the city centre.

The Barn

Entire place . Lovely light airy place with sea views, open fire , sleeps 2. Own entrance to entire place panoramic sea views with access to beach from property . Fully equipped kitchen, complimentary tea & coffee and some kitchen basics oil, flour salt pepper. Dining area, sitting room and ensuite double bedroom. Shower room downstairs in our antique shop which is opened 1-5 during the summer months.

This is a recently redecorated modern house in a very central location in the beautiful City of Derry.
