Our “Downtown Duplex-Unit 2” is the 2 BR/1 Ba unit in our 1930’s Craftsman style duplex. Our recently renovated duplex offers mid century modern decor, beautiful hardwood floors, a well equipped kitchen, and washer & dryer. It is located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment in downtown Oneonta. Our super cute and comfy property is the ideal place to stay in Oneonta. Introducing Views from the 6. The Studio Penthouse Suite is a touch of modern and magnificent floor plan. It is equipped with the latest technology Alexa Smart Home. You are able to control the LED Lights from your voice and change to any color you want. Equipped with a Kitchen, Washer and Dryer you wont have to leave! And don’t forget about the amenities. Restaurants are inside the building! Parking is free but the fob will require $50 deposit. And the Roof Top is a Vibe! Come check it out

Entertainment District Loft

Our building was built in 1930. The apartment was originally a boarding house that sat above a retail store. While it has been fully remodeled, the exposed brick walls, wood floors, transom doors, and much of the trim are original to the building, retaining its ninety year old charm. The sitting area and the front bedroom each have a door that opens onto the balcony that over looks the downtown entertainment district. The areas best shops, boutiques, and restaurants are on the same block!

This is a private in-law suite above the attached garage of a historic home located in the heart of of Downtown Huntsville. Walk to all of the restaurants and bars. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Two bedroom, two bathroom with a private living room and private porch. The private living room has the basic amenities, i.e.- microwave, dinner table, silverware, fridge, WI-FI, and tv with internet TV. This space has its own thermostat that you control. Private entrance is through garage of home.

The Legacy Suite

Enjoy a modern in‑law suite in South Huntsville. The suite occupies the entire basement floor with no shared interior spaces and a private entrance. My family lives on the main floor. The space is cozy, comfortable, and close to shopping, restaurants, parks, and entertainment—great for work or relaxation. We have two friendly dogs upstairs who do not access the suite, but if you fear dogs, this may not be the best fit.
