Espectacular casa rural recién reformada, se ha mantenido el estilo rural y la estructura de la vivienda con una atmósfera relajante y romántica con capacidad para 6 personas y 2 aseos completos. Cada dormitorio cuenta con ventilador y hay 2 chimeneas para calentar la casa en invierno. Desde la finca se puede ver la Bahía de Mazarrón a la cual se accede en 8mins en coche. Múltiples rutas para hacer senderos y respirar aire puro. Está totalmente equipado con ropa de cama sábanas, toallas y edredones

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. It is near town square of Pilar de la Horadada. Only 3 kilometers from the best beaches. The area around Pilar is flat, it is an ideal way to explore the area by bike. All rooms are airconditioned (hot/cold). It has fast internet. There are 2 double beds and 2 single beds in the house so that this house is suitable for a maximum of 6 people. Ideal for a family to stay and enjoy their holiday. The community has a large pool.

The Courtyard Studio Apartments - Studio 2

The studio apartment includes everything you need for an enjoyable self-catering stay. In addition, the swimming pool (not heated), sunbeds, outside table and chairs, roof terrace and BBQ provide all the facilities for a relaxing break. The village setting means you are in a very peaceful environment to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There is one bar in El Escobar within easy walking distance. For all other facilities, we recommend Fuente Alamo just a 10 minute drive away.

Lujoso chalet con piscina (con cubierta corredera) y barbacoa, a solo diez minutos del centro de Murcia (la parada del tranvía está a doscientos metros de la vivienda). Disfrutad de su precioso jardín, tumbonas, mini-golf y mesa de billar francés. Existe la posibilidad de alquilar por horas la pista de fútbol tenis y pádel con un coste adicional de 10€. Se permite las comidas y fiestas familiares en la zona barbacoa pero, sin música alta ni aglomeración masiva de gente (máximo 15 personas).

Fiber optic 50Mbps, TV, Bluetooth speaker for music or radio. Fully equipped kitchen, outside BBQ area and shaded chill-out areas. 25 min from airport, 10 min to "Blue flag" beaches, There are about 50 bars and restaurants in the area. Nearest area is 450 meters from the villa.

La Casa del Caballero - Apartamento con historia

Reformado por completo en el año 2025, este apartamento conserva la historia del edificio centenario en el que se sitúa. La reforma llevada a cabo por el estudio de arquitectura GÁLVEZ+DÍAZ ha conseguido rescatar los pavimentos hidráulicos originales ocultos bajo dos niveles de baldosas, restaurar las puertas balconeras y el mirador modernista de la fachada y poner en valor el ladrillo macizo de los muros de carga originales del edificio y su estructura de vigas de madera aserrada.

Amplia casa en bajo con buena luz natural en una de las zonas más tranquilas de Molina de Segura y muy cerca de Murcia y el campo de golf de Altorreal. La vivienda esta muy bien comunicada: cerca de todo tipo de comercios (supermercados, farmacia, carnicería etc..) amplia zona verde a 1 minuto andando. Fácil aparcamiento en la misma puerta. La televisión Smart tv está colocada de manera estratégica para que se pueda ver desde el patio también, simplemente girándola.
