This is a ground level loft condo that is bright, clean and nicely updated. We are minutes from the Holiday Valley Resort and a short walk to the Village of Ellicottville. This condo offers AC for the summer and a gas fireplace for the winter. We have complimentary coffee and tea with cream and sugar on site. Kitchen is equipped with some spices, oils and cookware. We also supply clean linens and towels. This place is great for 2 to 6 guest for family or close friends with 3 beds and a futon .

This cozy retreat is perfect for a getaway or to be near skiing, hunting (lots of public land nearby), or Houghton U. & Letchworth. It has a fully stocked kitchen, the master bedroom has a queen bed, and the loft has two twin beds. The living room is comfortable, and it is quiet!!! Hunters, check out the map in the pics. Even though you get the full "cabin life" experience, there's a full bathroom, Wi-Fi, and maybe amenities that make a start here comfortable and relaxing. Enjoy your stay!

A seasonal 2 screen drive-in movie theater-20 min. drive. 2 queen beds , 1 double bed, and a chair converts to a twin size bed. Fully equipped kitchen.

Olga Farm is an absolutely lovely place in the heart of the Pennsylvania Wilds. We have a private stargazing field where we host tent campers. Our Forest Cabin is a step up from that in that you don't need to worry about a tent, but it's still essentially camping. Breath taking sunrises, a lovely organic garden, acres of forest, & dark skies at night round out what makes for an unforgettable experience!
