Entire 1300 sq ft upper level(tenants reside in the bottom level) is perfect for families or small groups, nestled on a serene 10-acre lot. Inside, enjoy a well-appointed living area, fully equipped kitchen, and three inviting bedrooms. A perfect getaway close to everything!! *note we do use the dressers and bedroom closets for storage, so they aren’t available, but there is plenty of other space available for your storage!

Enjoy 20 feet of private frontage on Big Platte Lake, visit Traverse City, visit Frankfort, or watch your favorite shows on Hulu or Peacock. Fish using 14ft rowboat. Kayaks provide exercise/relaxing float. One member of guests must be 25 years or older to reserve this property.

Crystal Haven! This is a place for rest and relaxation. Our place is located right on Crystal Lake with the Beautiful Lake and Private Sandy Beach just steps from your door. This lake is known as the Caribbean of Michigan with its Crystal Clear Aqua Blue waters and Sandy bottom. This is a lower unit of the home pictured and has its own private space which includes 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath, living room and Full Kitchen with Stainless Steel appliances and Quartz counter tops. A home set in Elberta Bluffs. Built in 2012. Sleeps 16 people. A five minute drive around the bay to Frankfort, home of the sugar sand beach. Sit on the deck and relax or go out for a bike ride. Renting our home gives you the freedom to explore Northwest Michigan. We are 17 miles from Crystal Mountain, 13.7 miles from Arcadia Bluffs Golf Course , 24 Miles from Sleeping Bear Dunes and 40 Miles from Traverse City. Allergen free property, pets not permitted.
