Pet Friendly! Boat for your use! We are close to numerous activities and great restaurants. Our home is located on a 16 Acre PRIVATE Lake *Traverse City 14 miles *Sleeping Bear Dune 31 miles *Crystal Mountain 17 miles Smart TV Coffee Netflix Private Lake Access Fiber Optic WI-FI Full Kitchen A Recent Review The home was very clean and updated. Having the use of a boat was awesome, and the lake was great for fishing. Very good sound proofing between the duplexes. Never heard the neighbors once!

Up North Cabin in the Village at Crystal Mountain

Cozy Log cabin on the 8th green of the Betsie Valley golf course in the Village of Crystal Mountain. Lake Michigan, Sleeping Bear Dunes, Traverse City, Historic Frankfort, Arcadia Bluffs and Little River Casino all within a 30 minute drive. Must be over 25 years of age to rent. We wash all bedding and towels with Lysol laundry soap. We clean all bathrooms and kitchens with Lysol. We also spray all remotes, light switches and door handles, to ensure all surfaces are clean and germ free.

Basement has 2 twin beds and a full size fold out futon, with a pool table and sliders opening to a walk-out patio. TV, wifi, fire pit and charcoal grill on 3 acre site. Remodel complete!! Fresh paint, new countertops, diswasher and some extra special touches. Very clean 2 bedroom apartment next to our home on a private fish stocked pond. Enjoy snowshoeing our 85 acres with almost 3,000 feet of Betsie River frontage *steep hill. We are adjacent to a 35 acre municipal park with a playground, disc golf course and a Veteran's Memorial Site. Lots of quaint stores, restaurants and skiing within 10 miles.

My house is the first house north of Cherrybend on the bay side. My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, parks, art and culture, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the outdoors space, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. I am on premise and available to answer any questions. I live in the main house.

Hockey Themed Room with Wooded Trails

This is a unique hotel-style single room with a loft has room for up to seven people. The "Hockey Room" is a themed room that overlooks an outdoor hockey rink in the winter time and play area in the summer time. There are multiple rentals on this property, but they are all spread out in different locations. There are trails to explore on the 20 acre wooded property and you will have shared access to the outdoor hot tub.
