Just off the A47 Brundall offers easy access into Norwich and beyond by road or just 7 minutes to the city by train (station 3 minute walk). Brundall Marina is approx 1 mile away. Amenities within walking distance include supermarkets, pharmacy, pubs, restaurant, takeaways, hair dressers, cafe, post office and more.

Waterside is one of 6 cottages within a large converted 1700s stable building set among beautiful scenery with ample farmland & woodland walks. Take advantage of the peace & quiet relaxing in our gardens, taking in the scenery. Or go exploring around our grounds, enjoy the duck pond & see the wonderful wildlife. Children will enjoy the games barn (open all year, wrap up in the winter) with a pool table, table tennis & toys to enjoy. There are swings & climbing frames around the grounds.
