A morning cup of coffee on the porch could include encounters with anything from deer to turkeys with cries of hawks as a backdrop. Sit on the screened patio at night and listen for the owls and whippoorwill. On a clear night, the sky is amazing! A place of respite and restoration. Home is ADA compliant, ramp to single step into front door upon request.

Cozy Cottage

* Newly renovated bathroom! Whether you're here for work or play during the day, the Cozy Cottage will help you relax and unwind at night. This is an entire home offered for private use for up to four adults. Located in a rural neighborhood, there are many recreation activities nearby including the Suwannee River with its many cold, clear, freshwater springs. The house is located close to a neighborhood boat ramp. High speed Internet access is provided by 100 megabit fiber

Cozy Blue Tiny Home

Welcome to our 415 sq. ft. tiny home! Our tiny home features a queen bed with a pull out sofa, a full kitchen, bathroom and big front porch. On property there is a 9ft deep swimming pool, pub (with pool tables/games, jukebox that offers beer/wine and food.) a laundromat and a bathhouse. We do offer plenty of parking for vehicles, boats and trailers if needed. Locally there are multiple springs, scalloping, fishing, hunting, bike trails, antique stores, shopping and much more!

There is a path that winds through the 4.5 acres. See pictures for more amenities. The home is 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. Master has King Sleep Number bed. Second bedroom/Sitting room has Full size futon. Third bedroom has Queen TemperPedic adjustable bed. Bright well-stocked kitchen for special occasions.

"High On The River"

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located along the upper Steinhatchee River. Located down a dead end road in the woods. Across the river is Conservation Land so you will hear lots of birds, crickets, owls, and frogs. If you’re lucky you may even spot deer, wild boar, bobcats, otter, gators or manatee. This is a natural "Old Florida " environment complete with critters and bugs. Bug spray is recommended when outdoors in the warmer months.

Secluded, peaceful, country property in the heart of springs country. Come relax, enjoy the peace and quiet and the bright stars. This cabin offers everything you need. This is our farm where we have free roaming chickens, dogs and cats. Your well behaved small pets are more than welcome to join you during your visit. There are many springs nearby, all within 10-30 minutes away. Escape from the city and enjoy the tranquil country life.
