This house has 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a living/dining room and fully furnished kitchen. It has WiFi and a cable TV in the living room. The unfinished basement contains a washer and dryer. As a duplex, the house is entirely private and there are no shared spaces. It is located near 96th & Meridian and 465 on Indianapolis' north side. The town of Carmel is right across the street and Grand Park in Westfield is a 15 minute drive. It is close to shopping, restaurants, and The Monon Trail.

The guest house is a converted 100-year-old barn on a historic property in the heart of Carmel, Indiana. Sitting on 8-acres of land, you can enjoy the big open space of farm living while still being only a few minute drive to downtown Carmel.
