You will have the privacy of the apartment without me being there, although it is my home and I normally live there. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES. Spacious bedroom with great park and ocean views . Lounge/ dining room with Wifi and Smart TV, great park and ocean views. Full kitchen with everything you could possibly want. Laundry and small bathroom. Quiet apartment but on a busy road so sometimes noisy, close to beaches, parks, shopping mall, restaurants and cafes, entertainment and public transport.

Our apartment is situated on the top (3rd) floor with NO elevator access (stairs only), easterly facing with lovely views of the ocean. Located just over a 1 kilometre walk to the Cronulla Bach, Mall and Shopping.

This small and quiet unit block is a 2 min walk from the local mall and a 7 min walk to the train station. Private gate access from the unit block leads directly onto the esplanade where the beach is a few steps away. Both bedrooms contain queen beds and spare clean linen. A fully-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, flat-screen TV and heating provided. Stair access only.
