A stylish and well located 2-level loft apartment

Located in a cul-de-sac, this apartment is at the front of the property and enjoys extensive views from both balconies. Private stairs from street level take you to a bright open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The area opens to a large balcony with a gas barbecue. Sandy bar cafe at the Marina and Bosk in Park, also a wide variety of first-class dining and shopping options are close by

Nice ground floor unit in a quiet small block located minutes from the main precinct beaches and the esplanade. There is NO parking in the lane but free on-street parking and it's a flat 5-minute walk from the train station. The unit has Wi-Fi, beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella for your use. I've added a high chair and travel cot. There is a mattress topper, in case you find the mattress too firm. I prefer long term stays, and there are discounts for weekly and monthly stays.
