Perched on the edge of the Sunshine Coast highlands overlooking the ocean from Mt Coolum to north Caloundra, you are surrounded by rolling hills and 166 acres of lush green pastures where fullblood wagyu cattle are farmed. Architecturally designed to capture sea breezes all year round, enjoy a spacious Retreat with 360 degree views, where nights are always cool at this altitude. 629 Balmoral Ridge

A private new home, built amongst 35acres of lush bush, with panoramic views out to the coast. The house has 2 large bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 single beds which can be converted to a king bed if needed. There is a fully self contained kitchen, laundry with washing and drying facilities. On the large deck is an outdoor kitchen and ample seating and a dining area. In the main room are very comfortable 3 seater and 2 seater leather lounges set in front of a large TV and fireplace.

Birdsong Villa - Figtrees on Watson

Birdsong Villa (at Figtrees on Watson) is a purpose architect designed fully self contained cottage for use by our short stay guests. It is on the same property as our very popular Betharam Villa (see Figtrees on Watson listing for photos and information about this beautiful property). The villa has been designed to be wheelchair friendly with wide door opening and minimal door sills. The villa was completed in early 2021 and had been finished and furnished to a high standard.

Belltree Ridge - Private Rural Escape

Belltree Ridge is an absolute treasure in a stunning location. It is an extremely unique hand crafted homestead built from reclaimed and local timber. It offers complete privacy and is just 11 kms from the township of Maleny. For winter comfort, a wood burning fireplace and for summer an outside fire-pit . We also have ducted air-conditioning and heating. We now have Starlink Wi-fi but will happily turn it off so guests can really disconnect from their busy lives.

Bird Song Valley is just 1klm from the heart of the beautiful hinterland town of Montville on the Sunshine Coast. Whether you are a couple looking for a romantic getaway or a group up to 6 people, Bird Song Valley has something for everyone. Note base rate is for 2 guests only twin share. Please note there is no lift on property. Only Stairs access

This recently renovated lakeside cabin is centrally located to the town of Maleny, local wedding venues, restaurants and sightseeing attractions. With a spring fed lake at your doorstep that supports a host of wildlife, including a family of platypus, this is the perfect location for a hinterland getaway. Wake up to beautiful lake and garden views from the master bedroom and living area, and enjoy breakfast or drinks and dinner on one of the two cabin verandahs.

Kookaburra Cottage - Unplug and Unwind

The cottage is a modern 2 bedroom cabin with all the modern amenities including a well equiped kitchen, 2 large bedrooms with luxury bedding, modern bathroom, comfortable lounge room with AC. Outside is a large wrap around deck with direct access from both bedrooms, large table for entertaining, BBQ and a bar table which is the perfect position to sit with a morning coffee. There is also a large fire pit that you are free to use and cook on.
