Tucked in the woods, & mins from all that Crivitz has to offer, this cozy cottage offers the peace you need to completely decompress. This private cottage offers you access to the snowmobile/ATV trail, & is only a short trek to the sandy beach of Lake Noquebay. The cabin is only 3 mins to groceries, Kwik Trip, & downtown Crivitz; yet still secluded in the beautiful woods for a wonderful getaway! Located close to Newton Lakes and High Falls flowage boat launches, public ATV/snowmobile trails, state & county parks, and a golf course. The large deck provides a perfect spot to enjoy nature. We welcome you to stay at beautiful High Falls Riverfront Retreat only 30 ft from the waters edge. The cabin sleeps 6 w/ 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a large open concept kitchen/living room. It has a cute loft for kids or extra guests. It has a nice sunroom, games & movies. Fully furnished including some necessities you may have left at home. Outside there’s a grill, fire pit & beautiful river frontage w/ kayaks. In winter it’s a Snowmobilers & hikers paradise! Right on the UTV/snowmobile trails!

Tucked away in the woods, and steps away from the national forest, this tiny home offers the tranquility you need to completely decompress. The Sasquatch hideaway offers you direct access to the ATV trail, a 600ft walk to the crystal clear waters of Paya lake. New for 2025 is a Wood fired barrel sauna for to decompress. The main offers a queen sized bed and the guest room offers a Full/Twin Loft bed, as well as a twin Murphy bed. There is also a massive sectional couch as a sleeping option.

Enjoy this beautiful home located on the northwest shore of Lake Noquebay! Take advantage of the 2,500 acre full recreation lake and experience your own paradise with a private pier to park your boat / rent our pontoon, swim and fish from! Paddle boat and kayaks included as well! Waterfalls, golf, restaurants, and trails provide endless adventure! There are 300+ miles of UTV/ATV/Snowmobile trails in the county! It is the only residence located on a scenic 20 acre lake abounding with frogs, turtles, muskrats, ducks, geese, & eagles. Enjoy the tranquility from the large lakeside deck or roast marshmallows over a fire in the private outdoor firepit. No pets.
