Short Term Let Licence No ST00306F A former blacksmiths workshop lovingly modernised to provide a bright and comfortable cottage. Located on the waters edge of Loch Katrine in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Linens are provided for your stay. For the 2026 season, we have a new hot tub and sauna available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a Sunday arrival or departure.

This house is located in the picturesque Perthshire village of St Fillans and provides a great base for exploring rural Perthshire including 43 local Munro’s. Situated on the grounds of a working sheep farm, guests can enjoy the quiet and tranquil atmosphere. In this walking hot spot there is also an array of other activities such as cycling, fishing, golf and watersports on Loch Earn.

Stylishly converted Bothy by River Earn

The Bothy is stylishly converted from two jold stone farm cottages into a luxurious 2 bedroom cottage. The decor is a mix between birch ply panelling and polished cement, giving it a modern Scandi/Scottish feel, yet not losing its original charm and farm history. Some of the furniture has been made from beech and cedar from our farm. With view across the River Earn and surrounding hills, this is a perfect place to come, explore, unwind and relax.
