Well cared for 3BD/2.5B townhouse with unobstructed views of Mt CB. Private garage, washer/dryer and three floors of living space. Two parking permits will be provided (one for street parking, one for the garage). Fully stocked kitchen, wood burning stove, two private balconies with views of Mt. We've STR'd this home since 2017 and love to hear the memories made here that are reported in the reviews. Full kitchen & bathroom remodeled recently! New on demand water and heat system. House is 1/2 block from Rainbow park for the kiddos.
