Well cared for 3BD/2.5B townhouse with unobstructed views of Mt CB. Private garage, washer/dryer and three floors of living space. Two parking permits will be provided (one for street parking, one for the garage). Fully stocked kitchen, wood burning stove, two private balconies with views of Mt. This two-story, two bedroom, two bath corner unit can sleep up to 6 guests & feels more like a home than a townhome or condo. The private space offers beautiful, western-facing views towards the town of Crested Butte below, Oh Be Joyful Range, Mount Emmons & Red Lady Bowl. Huge picture windows, a sun-soaked deck with homemade Adirondack ski chairs in the summer & fall, a private lawn and a cozy gas fireplace - the perfect après ski spot with friends & family.
