Newly remodeled, waterfront suite. See dolphins, Osprey, and more frolicking in our amazing backyard overlooking the Matanzas river, & did I mention the breathtaking sunsets. 6 minute drive to Crescent Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. Close to downtown historic St Augustine 20 min, Amphitheater concert venue is 15 min. Private entrance, full on suite bath, fishing dock, kitchenette, pool, ample free parking & internet included. Professional pool cleaning is on Mondays.

SEASIDE beach cottage, new build 2021, at A Avenue - Right at the ramp to Crescent Beach ( 32080) 5 miles south of St. Augustine Beach. 20 minutes to The Nation's Oldest City. Great restaurants in the area. Rent a kayak and Boat ramp, fishing outfitter 3 blocks away. Open floor plan 2 story 3 br. loft and 2 1/2 baths and a laundry room. Soaring ceilings and good variety of space. A great vacation and family get-together spot. Front porch / shower.

This is a beautiful clean and cozy home is a hidden gem.. Located in on the beachside of A1A, and just a quick drive to downtown St. Augustine! Perfect for a family beach vacation! 2 bedrooms, 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed, 1 full bathroom, and a private outdoor shower! The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you need to cook. Washer and Dryer on site. The back porch area receives morning sun, and the front door faces sunset. Polished concrete floors, Pets are welcome friends!

The Crescent Moon, east of A-1A, is a charming 1/1 cottage, for small family, 2 friends or one couple. ONE CAR ONLY. Pet friendly cottage and beach. Soothing mornings, evenings to relax in the breeze! Simple 1 block stroll to the soft sand beach. No busy roads to cross. Pet fee $10 a night (for one or two pets, max) to be paid upon departure in cash left in an envelope for housekeeper. Honor system. No pet over 75 pounds. The local taxes of 5% are listed under community fee.

6 BLOCKS to BEACH, off of the intercostal! Studio apartment, sleeps up to 4. Quiet neighborhood, close to all. Several restaurants/shops within walking distance. Beach bikes included, perfect for bike rides along the beach. Private entrance off of porch, which includes chairs to relax in, beach toys, towels, chairs. *yes, we are pet friendly, however, ONE PET PER STAY WITH APPROVAL *also, we cannot split weekends, so please book accordingly, fridays and Saturdays booked together
