Amazing oasis embraced by two beautiful bodies of water. With one community NON-HEATED swimming pool & free parking. The beautiful white sandy beach is only a 3 minute walk out of the front door, & a 3 minute walk to our serene intracoastal out of the back door. Enjoy them both for a spectacular sunrise or sunset. The condo is also conveniently located close to historic downtown St. Augustine, it's only a 15 minute drive. St Augustine is full of history, great restaurants, shops, & nightlife.

Ocean Village Club is a gated complex that has private beach access just a seven minute walk from your door, two swimming pools, tennis courts, grilling area, and free parking. This second floor unit is light and airy, immaculate, and beautifully decorated. We are family owned and operated.
