This delightful apartment, located to the rear of a classic Federation home has 1 bedroom with en-suite, a fully equipped kitchen, an intimate work & lounge area and a secluded private entrance and elevated sunny balcony accessible via a 7-step stairway. A substantial breakfast basket is provided sufficient for a couple of days and it's just 15-20 minutes to the CBD with a public bus stop directly in front of the house.

You are 5 minutes walk to local transport and shops. Your apartment is fully equipped - I love to cook so the kitchen works well with lots of cookbooks & equipment. I am in interior stylist & have worked hard to make my apartment comfortable and chic. I am also a clean freak and make sure that everything is super clean & organised. Easy parking.
