This is a cute little carriage house that was fully remodeled in 2016. It has one bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for a total of 4 guests, also a full bathroom and Kitchen. Nearby amenities are Wolf Creek Ski Area, Penitente Canyon climbing, biking and hiking, Del Norte for mtn biking and hiking, Monte Vista Crane Festival, Great Sand Dunes National Park, Hot Springs Pools, hundreds of miles of ATV/Motorcycle riding and thousands of acres of National Forest to explore!

Birch Street Hideaway

This centrally located well equipped duplex is your access point to all the adventures that South Fork has to offer in the San Juan and Rio Grande National Forests. We are located just off Highway 160, where you are a short 18 mile drive to Wolf Creek Ski Area. In the summer walk to the South Fork of the Rio Grande for fly fishing as well as an easy drive to many rivers, lakes and reservoirs. Local coffee, pizza, visitors centers and groceries are all in walking distance from our place.

Welcome to Glass Valley, a new (June 2021) home designed and built to maximize the magnificent view of the valley below and the mountains beyond. Most people who visit Pagosa Springs want to spend their time outside which you can do here, even when you get home. The partially covered 40-foot-long deck upstairs and 17 foot covered deck downstairs face west so you get to enjoy breakfast or your morning coffee al fresco and when you get home you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets.

A beautiful studio home located in the historic downtown area of Lake City. Close to town park, restaurants, pubs and shopping. OHV access to the Alpine Loop. Headwater Hideout

Beautiful working ranch in south central Colorado with gorgeous mountain and ranch views. This is an old farmhouse that has been renovated several times over the years so there are some quirks. The middle bedroom has no access to a bathroom unless they are walking through one of the other bedrooms. You can choose the wood burning fireplace or furnace to heat your space. Excellent fiber optic WiFi.

Casa Hermosa - Downtown

Listen to the river from the front porch of this charming, recently restored cottage, conveniently located just off Main St. Walk to everything. Coffee shops, breweries, parks, hot springs, fine dining, pizza, sushi and tacos all within a .2 mile radius. Domesticated animals accepted under 35 lbs for a fee. For those looking to work remotely, we have the fastest internet in town!

Private "Treehouse" above the lake.

Lovely location in a peaceful neighborhood. Our unique 6 sided house with wrap around deck feels like a private country cabin, with fishing, hiking, biking, x-country skiing out the door. Shopping, dining, galleries, golf and hot springs within 3 to 8 minutes drive. Downhill skiing half hour away. Dogs allowed with permission (extra fee).
