Unique eco sustainable guest house built in 2022 with stunning views over private fields lined with Oak Trees as well as views overlooking a private 17m swimming pool, heated from 1st April to Sept end 2025, (pool open Oct-Mar but not heated). Quiet location, country walks (close to National Park) and a local pub 1 mile away. Modern, new stylish interiors with a cosy wood burner and large patio and fire pit outside. Conveniently located 15 miles to Gatwick Airport, 16 miles to Brighton Beach.

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

Bright Comfortable Horsham Home Sleeps 5 w/Garden

A charming 2 bedroomed house; cosy, comfortable and tastefully decorated in a quiet residential area of Horsham. Close to local amenities, children's playground and convenience store. Just a 5min drive or 30min walk to the historic Sussex market town of Horsham. Offering easy access by foot to bus routes (2min) and Littlehaven train station (10mins) for those wishing to explore further afield to Brighton, the south coast or London and within easy reach of London Gatwick airport (20mins drive).

Boutique Barn in quiet rural location, separate to main house, with off-street parking and own entrance. Very comfortable accommodation with living/dining room, separate kitchen with combination microwave oven and a ceramic hob for preparing simple meals and coffee machine. Situated in excellent location surrounded by National Trust land with its excellent country walks. Local pubs for all-day dining within easy distance. Easy access to Gatwick Airport and Redhill mainline train station.

Sweet farm cottage, Ide Hill, Hever, Edenbridge

Puncheur Place is a semi-detached cottage on a private Estate in the middle of cycling country at the foot of Ide Hill nr Hever. It is quiet yet accessible to dozens of pubs/golf. The garden is west facing and large. Perfect for outdoor picnics. The cottage is not huge, but cozy. Many footpaths. This is Tudor County so many period properties and pubs nearby. Indeed our Estate was once owned by Thomas Boleyn, then Mary Boleyn after the beheading of her sister Anne in 1533. #puncheurplace

Fantastic house with wonderful views over fields, walking distance to a lakeside pub & a fantastic Thai. With 4 double bedrooms, large kitchen and spacious lounge with modern seating for group dining. 2 single beds, plus sofa bed also available The multiple bi fold doors lead out to the garden, with a slide & teepee for kids, 3 smart TVs, 1 with built in DVD player & a selection of films. Situated on a beautiful private road a short walk from the historic cobbled streets of Guildford town centre with its numerous boutique shops and quality independent restaurants. Ty Bach is on the edge of the beautiful Surrey Hills (a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty) and the Rivey Wey.
