Our recently renovated cottage includes a fully fitted kitchen & double bedroom situated at the top of a bespoke spiral stairs (sleeps 2 adults with room for cot/small mattress). The comfy sitting room features a kingsize sofa bed & log burner. We’re in central Norfolk on the grounds of a listed Manor House, ideal for a charming getaway surrounded by nature or a comfortable rest whilst working nearby.

Dairy Cottage is set in a peaceful, rural location only 2 hours drive from London and approx 45 mins to the North Norfolk Coast, offering access to Wells, Burnham Market, Holkham, Hunstanton, Sheringham, Cromer, Holt etc. Also within easy reach are the beautifully picturesque Norfolk Broads and the historic cities of Norwich and Cambridge. This comfortable 17th Century holiday home was the former dairy to the adjoining farmhouse. Ideal for business stays with Wi-Fi, ample workspace and parking.

This stylish and luxurious studio apartment has direct access to the forest and is nestled next to the beautiful Lynford Lakes with it's own man made beach. This is popular with open water swimmers and paddle boarders. Lynford Arboretum is also right outside your door and is ideal for bird watching with wildlife in abundance. The annex is fully self contained with a large bedroom, fully fitted kitchen, bath and shower and a large comfortable living/dining room. Outside there is a south facing patio area with table and chairs, this is shared with the owners. Off-road parking is available. Situated on the outskirts of Thetford, it's still only a 15 minute walk from the town centre, train and bus stations.
