ADK Cabin on West Branch of the Oswegatchie River!

Get away from it all at our Cabin! Located in the Western Adirondacks on the West Branch of the Oswegatchie river, at the mouth of Mud Pond. An outdoor enthusiasts dream with plenty of good fishing/kayaking ponds around Clear Pond, French Pond, Mud Pond, Long Pond, to name just a few. You're just 2 miles down the road from Five Ponds Wilderness area, with well over a hundred thousand acres of public land. Also, enjoy the ATV and Snowmobile trails. C8 and C5 trails are almost on your doorstep!

Magical Treehouse

Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Waterfront Artisan ADK Cottage - Tupper Lake

Sunset Cottage is cleaned in compliance with CDC COVID-19 Lodging cleaning standards before you vacation there. Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Newly renovated interior with beautiful Adirondack decor.

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. Enjoy a romantic riverside fire-pit, professional massage table & new Finnish wood fired sauna. We sanitize everything 110% before your arrival and offer self check in. Centrally located 10 minutes away from both Tupper & Cranberry Lakes, our Adirondack home gives you the chance to enjoy all that the region has to offer. Enjoy a fire either inside or outside, relax on the patio, work remotely with high speed internet or simply use this as a starting point for your ADK experience. Snowmobiling, hiking, boating, leaf season, breweries, Woodsman Days, the Wild Center and other adventures lay just outside your door!

Lookout Cranberry Lake

Come and unwind in this beautiful little hamlet in the Adirondacks. Explore and hike the trails or just relax by the water during the day and build a fire in the firepit in the evening. Bring your boat and launch it at the public launch right next door. There is a dock for fishing and docking your boat. Direct access to the vast snowmobile trail system. Save money and cook in the fully stocked kitchen! Cranberry Lake is the 3rd largest in the ADK.

Raquette River Retreat- Potsdam NY

Welcome to Potsdam, NY. There is a $50 fee per each dog. No cats allowed (one of us has a severe cat allergy).
