With two spacious bedrooms, an eat-in kitchen and a bonus room/sunroom/optional 3rd bedroom, there is plenty of room to spread out. Across the street (300 ft) is Kelley's Pond which is great for kayaking, canoeing and fishing! Come sit by the fire pit or on the deck, cookout and relax!! Steps to Private Beach!!

No need to worry about parking fees as this 2 bedrm, one bath unit is directly across the street from a private beach, as well as Covell and Craigville! Quick drive to dining and shopping on Hyannis Main St. and Osterville, and ferries to the islands. Private (not shared) yard with grill, picnic table, fire pit, and outdoor shower. This is one half of a duplex. Message me for information on renting both units at the same time (they sleep 9 total). Linens and bath towels are provided.

Welcome to our Craigville retreat, close walk (0.3 mi) to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Cape. We are close to other beaches, ferry to Islands, food, hiking/kayaking/biking, Melody tent. You’ll love it because of the location and lots of natural light. If you want to stay in-enjoy private fenced backyard w/ fire pit, porch furniture and a hammock. Stocked with all you need to relax.
