Private trails for hiking, biking, xc ski and snowshoe. 4WD or AWD preferred travel in winter. The heat is furnished by a wood stove. Solar powered lights. The composting bathroom is 20 feet away and the shower house a short walk. Water is supplied. Blackstone grill and French press provided.

These are cozy, comfortable, and well stocked units for any length of stay in Hayden, Colorado! Located 30 minutes West of Steamboat & 5 minutes from Yampa Valley Regional Airport. The Flat is located near a brewery & food truck, yet typically all is quiet after 10pm. There is an additional pet fee, cleaning fee for 10+ days and monthly stays.
